We are thrilled to welcome Aneka Williams, Drew Schneider, Octavia Howell, and Andrew Soven to Clarifi’s Board of Directors.
Clarifi’s Board comprises professionals from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences, with each member working to ensure our organization has the financial sustainability, leadership, and governing policies to continue growing our programs and serving our communities. They also act as ambassadors, connecting our organization to potential partners and funding opportunities.

Aneka Williams is currently a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania, where she serves as an Advisory Director at KPMG Philadelphia. She has over twelve years of experience in servicing Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and private companies. Aneka is a Temple University, Fox School of Business alumni and received her B.A. in Accounting. She is a proud mom of two girls and loves to spend quality time with her family and friends, traveling the world and volunteering in her community. Aneka looks forward to serving on Clarifi’s Board of Directors as well as its Development Committee.
Drew Schneider is a Client Portfolio Manager at Macquarie Asset Management (MAM). He is responsible for engaging with investment professional clients and representing the US Core Equity team’s investment strategy. Prior to joining Macquarie in 2020, Drew held several roles at Vanguard including product management, manager due diligence, and institutional advisory services.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® and the Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst® designations.
Drew is passionate about financial literacy and ensuring everyone has access to these invaluable life skills.
Octavia Howell helps manage Pew’s Philadelphia research and policy team. She leads the initiative’s housing research portfolio, which explores how poverty and local economic trends affect the availability, affordability, and quality of housing in the city. She is an expert and primary author on Pew reports addressing poverty and safe, affordable housing in Philadelphia.
Prior to her time at Pew, Octavia worked for the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, where she focused on geospatial analysis, community engagement, and housing. She is a native of Philadelphia.
An HBCU alumna, Octavia holds a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer sciences from Oakwood University and a master’s in urban and regional planning from Alabama A&M University.
Andrew Soven has practiced law for more than 25 years and has substantial experience resolving legal matters and advising clients. He has worked in a wide range of practice areas, including financial institution compliance. In addition, as an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania, Andrew has taught Masters of Law and graduate students as well as non-lawyer professionals about the fundamentals of American law and legal practice.
