Meet Our Employee Experience Leader
Michael Papaycik’s role at Clarifi centers around building and empowering a diverse workforce. He recruits mission-driven candidates and advocates for employees throughout their time at the organization. That includes creating development plans for managers to confidently lead their teams, and for staff members to move into higher roles within the organization.
Michael also brought his expertise in the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access model to Clarifi: He implements agency-wide IDEA staff trainings and recruits candidates who reflect the diversity of the communities we serve in the Greater Philadelphia region.
