Our entire staff at Clarifi recently spent a rainy day engaging in team-building activities. No, we’re not talking about trust falls or scavenger hunts.

We rely on our colleagues every day to move our mission forward. This day, we literally leaned on each other to get across a ropes course.

Even our icebreaker question—What would you want to come out of your belly button?—was out of the ordinary. Which is how we roll.

That ropes course was just one team-building activity Clarifi staff participated in during our All-Hands Day with Philadelphia Outward Bound School at The Discovery Center! We battled rain, frustration, fear of heights—and came out stronger than ever. Plus, and most importantly, we had fun!
