We’re nearing the end of 2025, with thousands of Greater Philadelphia residents served this year so far. Through our services, more families are pursuing financial wellness: Stabilizing their finances, building and preserving their wealth, and gaining critical knowledge they can pass on to both their loved ones and their communities. Learn how we uplifted communities across the Philadelphia region below.
Our Impact
Public benefits access for more Philadelphians. We launched a new service delivery this year, called the BenePhilly Helpline, to fill critical gaps in access to public benefits for food, groceries, healthcare, utilities, and more.
$2.3+ million in cash – directly to clients. We gave more than $2.3 million in cash grants through October 2025. That’s more than all the years combined since 2020, when we launched this critical service. These funds go directly toward rent and mortgage, court debt relief, home repairs, and savings – so more people can take charge of their finances today while working toward long-term stability.
600 homes repaired. This May marked 600 Philadelphia homes that were repaired through Restore, Repair, Renew (RRR) since 2019. As a trusted partner of this City of Philadelphia program, Clarifi has helped hundreds of Philadelphia homeowners access over $18 million in low-interest, fixed-rate RRR loans to preserve their most important asset. In 2025 alone, 124 Philadelphia and Delaware County homeowners were able to make needed repairs through our services!
Debt counseling – right in court. Clarifi has advocated for clients directly in court for years, through our eviction mediation and foreclosure prevention services. Now, we’re building on those capacities with a debt court navigator, who will serve clients in the Philadelphia Municipal Court beginning in early 2026. Our goal: Increase participation in debt court—thereby reducing default judgements—and lower barriers for Philadelphians facing debt collection lawsuits.

Two Successful Programs Completed
Emergency Savings Match (ESM), $140,000 invested in financial resilience, 2023-2025: This grant program offered a 4:1 savings match to clients who saved $200. Over ESM’s 3-year life cycle, Clarifi disbursed 175 grants to help clients establish a savings account so they can cover unexpected emergencies and stay financially stable.
Delco Home Stabilization, $500,000 invested in home preservation, 2023-2025: Through this program, we awarded $20,000 grants to 25 homeowners for critical home repair needs like a new roof, electrical and plumbing work, basement foundations, and HVAC. Our goal was to improve safety, long-term residence, and value for Delaware County homeowners.
