We are pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to Clarifi’s Board of Directors!
Their combined expertise in legal matters, human resources, financial services, banking, and nonprofit operations will be instrumental in moving our organization forward.
Clarifi’s Board comprises professionals from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences, with each member working to ensure our organization has the financial sustainability, leadership, and governing policies to continue expanding our programs and meeting the unique needs of our communities.
We also want to take this opportunity to thank George H. Benham III, Dana Yamate LeGrand, Catherine Ulozas, Alan Kaplan, and Jeff D. Hennessy for their years of service on Clarifi’s Board of Directors. As they step down, we wish them the best in their future endeavors.

Natasha Campbell is Associate General Counsel at Ally Bank serving as managing counsel overseeing the Ally’s Supply Chain Legal team. She has had several roles within Ally, including as managing counsel supporting Ally Home, Ally’s residential mortgage business, and managing counsel for Ally’s core mortgage litigation team. Natasha has extensive experience in financial services and banking and started her legal career as a commercial litigator at Pepper Hamilton (now known as Troutman Pepper Locke) in Philadelphia. Natasha holds a bachelor’s degree in Diplomatic History from The University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
Deborah Enea has been practicing law for almost two decades and specializes in commercial finance transactions, representing a diverse range of clients, including private credit funds, small business investment company funds, and corporate borrowers. She has expertise in a wide array of lending structures and advises on cross-border transactions involving assets in the UK, North America, Australia, and Europe. Prior to her legal career, Deborah gained valuable experience in commercial lending as a credit analyst and finance program manager, collaborating with banks and finance companies to support middle-market and lower middle-market borrowers. Deborah is excited to bring her extensive legal and financial expertise to the board of directors, where she aims to contribute to the nonprofit’s mission and strategic growth.


Justin Foster is the Senior Vice President of People Experience at Radian, where he leads enterprise strategy for talent, culture, leadership development, and inclusion. He has held senior HR roles across a range of industries, with deep experience in financial services and real estate, focusing on aligning people strategy to business outcomes. Justin has served on both nonprofit and educational boards, including his local school district and a national membership organization. A graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Justin grew up in the Greater Philadelphia area and considers the city home. He brings a governance lens grounded in equity, impact, and operational clarity, and is passionate about expanding access to financial tools and housing stability. Justin lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
Jason Miller is a Social Work leader with 25 years of experience in nonprofit and community organizations. He earned his BSW from Goshen College in 2000 and his MSW from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006. Since then, he has held executive non profit leadership roles, including at Youth Connections, Bethesda Project, and Ready, Willing & Able Philadelphia. In 2017, he became the CEO of Families Forward Philadelphia, an organization supporting families experiencing homelessness.
